• Judicial Branch

    The Judicial Branch completes the circle of checks and balances among the legislative and executive branches.  Students may appeal decisions made in the executive branch and legislative branch.

    The Judicial Branch shall be arranged in the following order:  three males, three females, and one Chief Justice.  They must also meet the constitutional qualifications.  The Judicial Branch is selected by the SGA President and put to a two-thirds vote of the legislature.
